The hotel was a good distance from the restaurant/bar area, very clean with a small fridge in the room which was a bonus. It seemed newly decorated and was the venue for a baby shower where we also enjoyed afternoon tea. The staff were really helpful and nice, although they seemed a bit stressed in the kitchen. The location was wonderful, perfect for walking with our dog and close to Peterhead, one of Europe's busiest fishing ports. The dining was a mix of bog-standard and amazing, depending on the meal, and the facilities were decent but in need of a tidy up in some areas.
